Help Identifying A Carb, Possibly Webber?

Yeah, it's a Weber DCOE,  most likely either a 40 or 45, but you can get 42 and 48.

 

Measure the diameter of the barrel with the trumpet off to find which one.

If you remove the linkage plate off (the piece with L4 cast into it) of the top of the carb you should find the details underneath.

Ok great thanks for the replys i'll take the cast plate off tomorrow and see what it is.

i removed the cover plate and its a webber 40dcoe18. any idea of what its worth? and is anyone on the forum interested before i put it on ebay?

I sold one for £70 on eBay at the third time of trying.  45s get more coinage.
