Hi not exactly a problem but my brake pedal has almost no travel until it starts to brake I'm used to minis having about an inch or so of free travel before the pedal bites but this one bites straight away. the brakes do not bind and work well. what could be causeing this? thanks

that is how brakes should work

the more travel you have the worse the brakes are adjusted

travel is caused by you pushing the pedal and the fluid pushing the rear wheel cylinders out until the shoes touch the drum
