Well, I've just saved a shell from being turned into a barbeque! It's in surprisingly good condition, it was broken about a year ago as it failed its MOT on a couple of holes. Since then it's changed hands a few times until finally it arrived on my driveway about an hour ago! More pictures to follow, but here she is!

It really isn't bad. Inner sill one side is very bad, other side has been poorly patched. The doorstep panels are not great either. Heel board one side is completely gone. And while it's apart, I will do outer sills as well then fill them with waxoyl or similar. It's had a good patch done one side of the boot floor but needs another one, so I may replace the whole rear section with a panel I already have.

All in all, better condition than my Neon!

It's better than mine which is taxed and tested. The front end isn't bubbly!

After assessing it, I'm impressed how good a job the guy did stripping it. There's one broken boot hinge, and one top arm pin left in the shell. Even the seat brackets are gone!
