this is what the rover mini mpi hand book said and should think it be the same for 13/7's

Sorry if its already been covered but, my MPI cooper has 13X7 dished Mambas on it, with Yoko tyres. Ive always pumped them up to 32 on the front and 35 on the rear. In passing conversation with a few mini owning mates, tyre pressures came up (yes we are just that bad assed and cool) and they were shocked at my pressures being so high, with them going for 25 ish.

What should it be on these wheels?

Thanks James.

On my track car, not a mini, the Yoko's  (048's) generally start to go off above 27, so I run 24 front, 26 rear hot. So it doesn't sound out of place the advice you've been given

On my road going cars i run 30 psi (cold) all round the cars both have 6x12 revos one car on yoko A539's and the other on Falken FK-07G tyres... The yokos are best in the rain

On my Fiat Cinquecento (Very similar to a Mini and the only car I have with 13s), I run 30psi front and 32psi rear.

This is with 165 50 r13 tyres, although the 175s would be the same pressure.

30/31 on my 13's James,  28 on my 12's, seems to work good!

Tyre pressures are mostly a function of weight. 28 front, 26 rear will put much the same quantity rubber on the road regardless of the tyre dimensions and is a good starting point.

If I were you, I'd try playing around with different pressures, to see what suits your driving style the most.
