Rear Wiring Loom Earthing

Can someone advise where the rear loom earth connection connects to the chassis. It was not connected when I got the car so have no clue.

What terminal is on the wire? A spade or ring terminal?

It goes on one of the rear light cluster studs, make sure the stud and nut is clean

The rear earth point is actually on the floor of the boot on the LH side behind the tank at the back of the boot. Between the tank fixing and the rear lamp.

im guessing as the boot floor and the hinge panel have been replaced that may also have gone. Could I use the light bolt or is that not likely to earth.

If it is the one from the loom close to the lamp then yes, under one of the lamp fixing nuts is standard.
