I am looking for this conversion for my mini. I am fighting v belts because of my alternator setup and wanting to convert over. If I can't find anything soon I am going to be building myself a chain and sprocket setup
Any info would be great thanks

Serpentine belt means one belt driving many accessories and usually having a tensioner. Most Minis have only 2 accessories to drive and they are already both driven by the same belt. I suspect you mean a Poly-Vee belt conversion which are available, you can also get a toothed belt conversion but they tend to use one belt per driven item.

Toothed belt is not to be recommended. You'll need to run quite high tensions to prevent tooth hopping during snap acceleration and you'll need to have every aspect of the drive perfectly aligned - a poly belt is a better option.

I am needing to either convert to a serpentine setup like the mpi or chain and sprocket. I have trying to turn a 160amp alt and added a jack setup over to also run a 370amp alternator and the v belts can't do it. Anybody know of anyone that has the crank and water pump pulleys and willing to ship to the United states

There were Poly V kits available a while back but right now I think the crank pulley is not available. Kits of water pump and alternator pulleys with a belt are still stocked but you would need to find a used crank pulley. Mini Spares normally have the other parts so I'd guess Mini Mania may have them too.

370A alternator? I think not. You'll not be using chains and sprockets either, least not for very long.

You need the best part of 10HP to drive the thing, certainly easy with a belt...though I'm not sure that the power of the engine will be up to it.
