I ordered a mk3 front end and bonnet from them in January. After emailing them and asking where it was they told me I would have to wait or pay 50pounds for postage as I had selected economic postage and had to wait for orders in my area, on the site it just said I may have to wait till end of February . In June I still hadn't received it so phoned them, he apologized and said it would get sent straight out. When I got it it was damaged and had the wrong bonnet. I then got told I hadn't ordered the bonnet I wanted but they would send me the right one, I just had to pay for the postage of the incorrect one. Not only did I not receive any refund I now have to pay for the postage of a bonnet. And they think this is fair. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't recommend them to anyone or order anything unless you want a drama like mine!!

Do you have proof that you ordered the 'correct one'?  If not, they havent done much wrong other than take forever to send it out.

Check their terms and conditions, if I am reading you correctly you are paying to return the damaged bonnet, don't think they can charge for return postage, particularly for damaged goods under the Distance Selling Regulations unless it is explicit in the contract.

I have heard lots of bad things about Arc Angels. I think it's safe to say I won't be using them in the future.

We're not the best customer service I've recieved, but also not the worst.
My order was perhaps easier because I ordered by phone and collected my self. Still took ages of chasing them up.
Within one year of use my front melted on one side where the fibreglass A panel attached to the front after sitting in the works car park one summers day.

The bonnet I have to send back isn't damaged its just incorrect. My boyfriend ordered it and said he ordered the correct one but I don't know. Regardless if we mistakenly ordered the wrong one I think it would have been the least they could do (not making me pay to send it back )after waiting for 6months and receiving a broken one. If I hadn't have phoned to see where it was I wouldn't have received any contact from them. Very bad customer service in my opinion

The front end is, huge crack/tear. I'll add a photo. The bonnet isn't damaged it is a bonnet with no attachments instead of a ready to fit one

tristan is normally very good, may take longer than some composites makers but he does a vast range of products and is always very busy and if theres any issures always quick to sort it. surprised to hear you had these issues to be honest ive always had exceptional service.

I have purchased and fitted a carbon bootlid and roof from arc angels, the quality of the products are very good and the weave is very even. I had to wait six weeks for mine but I was informed of this from the start, overall was impressed with the service. Shame about your experience :(

Took them 2 months to send out the fitting kit for my dash, I can only assume they were really busy, talked to them at castle Combe last year and they didn't seem dodgy.

Also the the clear voat on the dash has started to peel even though it's been wrapped in bubble wrap and stores out of the sun in the house and never fitted, just needs re laquering I suppose, any way it's for sale as it doesn't suit my car.
