I'm wanting to see how people have fitted their poly windows to their front doors

I cheated as mine are still on the runners, most are normally bolted all around the top of the door frame if fixed in place

I have seen rivets at the bottom then put the chrome trim over that then use some adhesive like tiger seal inside the channels and that should be it.

slid mine up into the rubber at the top of the door, drilled 3 holes from the inner skin at the bottom of the window and bolted through with a spacer to push it out against the weatehr strip.

Polycarbonate or pespex windows are one of the best performance mods you can do. They save so much weight that acceleration is definitely improved and for the cost involved they are a better investment than so-called 'stage 1 mods'. Any weight reduction is a good benefit.
