I'm getting very close to being ready for paint, I want to remove and replace the seam sealer in the roof gutter, but I can't really get in there.

Has anyone got any great methods?

try a thin wire brush/brass brush on a drill more control than an angle grinder

You can get the wheel type twisted wire cup grinder attachment and this will get the seam sealer out. Like this

I was struggling to get in there with a wire wheel on the drill, haven't tried the twisted knot one yet

Just thinking small. Powerfile might not get in so dremel would be my next choice.

I just did this job, first I used a sharp 1/2 inch wood chisel with some gentle heat with the propane torch followed by a knotted wire brush in the angle grinder.
