My mini has buckets seats in and I'm changing it back to the original. I don't have runners in the car anymore, the buckets seats are attached a different way. Is everything on the subframes of the seats I need.

The original seats, provided they have their frames attached just bolt to the front mounts on the cross member and pivot forward on that. On newer cars they lock into place on the locking ring on the floor by the handbrake lever.

No problem :) I will say, the holes where the captive nuts are in the cross member, on my car at least, have "stretched" so the mounts flex a little. To fix it I added some big washers to spread out the load onto some "fresh" metal which seemed to make them sturdier.
Just a tip if you find your mounting holes to be the same.
