i'm Russel, from cornwall. i'm currently an engineering student (its C**p)
i'm restoring my tax exempt mini 1000. i'm hoping to have the thing on the road by the end of summer.
i've allready completely rebuilt the engine, and the drivers side door.
Soon i will have the passenger side door, boot, and bonnet finished.
The front subframe has been completely cleaned, and has had new shiny bits attached.
hopefully in a few weeks i will have the clean reconditioned engine bay, filled up with my engine
(by the way the engine is pink, the man at the shop assured me it was red.... he lied
)i also have another mini city (red) that i use for bashing around fields, it has a nice big shiny fuel tank, and disc brakes that i am planning to cannabalise for my project.
i'm not a member of any mini clubs or anything, and i'm just on this forum to pick peoples brains, and get some cool ideas...
