Hi all if you remmber i cut a wire and killed my car the immobliser stopped working so a garage came took it away and we replaced the ecu and immobliser box with one of ebay as well as the relay box but still nothing and im outta ideas now :/ any help?

Sorry if this is completely wrong, but maybe it is of help, don't take it as gospel as I may be completely wrong.

When I have done engine conversions I have needed the ECU, immobiliser box, key and halo ring.

I know you can get the ECU unclocked, or have it coded and paired so that it works (I had to have this done with my audi when I changed the clocks as the immobiliser section is in there).

I would be incluned to think that you are missing a complement related to the immobiliser system.

What year and model of mini?
Were the keyfob, immobiliser and ECU all from the same car (i.e. matched) ?

The key fob came with the ecu and immobliser and its a 1997 mpi

When you turn the key does the fuel pump prime?

Dash comes on the alarm turns off lights ect come on just nowt from the engine its been in the garage over a month now :/ they fink i may have distured other wires or somethink none of the fuses look broke but like i say if u manualy faff with the relay pack u can make it do stuff

Apparetly its fixed webt in today for pics he siad a pin got burnt out ill get a full discription asap and post incase anyone else had issues
