I looked at a mini recently with a view to buying but was put off by a 12" section of gutter above the door that had totally rusted and collapsed.

 

Is this a major piece of work to repair (neatly). I'm not asking because I want to do it myself, I would look to have it repaired by someone in the know, but I'm curious to know if it's a relatively straight forward thing to repair.
