dunno if anyone else has spotted this, but me and my mate have noticed this mini parked on a little unused side road in Birmingham city centre. It been there for at least 2 weeks and I don’t thinks its moved, though I could be wrong maybe someone works early and late???

It had a Camden residential parking pass in the window so I don’t think its from around here, with makes me think it may have been dumped.

Does anyone on here recognise it or own it??

dont think its stolen, no thief would put a steering lock back on

thats why i though it may have been dumped because it has been sitin their for about 2 weeks. plus it looks like someones had some bits of it, well either that or theyve fell off

yeah it has got tax, but is due end of the month.

if it isn't stolen or dumped its a dodgy and odd place to leave it.

Might have broken down one to many times and the owners given up on it.

Would still try to find out about getting salvage rights.

Never understood this! I once contacted the DVLA about a car left at the top of my road... Tey said the only thing I can do is put the car in my name, so technically it would be mine, but if the owner was to return and ask for it back, then I'd have to comply... I didn't bother!

im away for a 2 weeks from tuesday so im gonna leave it but may get my mate to keep an eye on it. if its still there wen im back then ill look it to salvage rights, but to be honest its in a bit of a state and iv already got one rust bucket i dont need two.

well hopefully somone will claim it at somepoint and it will be resolved that way.

im surprised its lastet that long in brum abondend or not, saying that it does look like somones had a windscreen wiper,the grill suronds and the headlight suronds away. then again it is a mini they could have just fell off

last i herd the rule is you contack dvla they send a letter to the person on the docs!
if they dont contack them in a sertine time its urs and if they say they dont want it its urs but they dont get it back!
