Where does it run, where do you hide it.
Additionally, what are the tabs in the picture for?

Hi..the cables run up the cpost and along the inner roof stifner and down the a post out near parcel shelf and through baulk head to connection to main loom....as for the tabs its for the tank breather........

As above, it then connects the front loom above the wiper motor.
