I need to remove my mini van head lining complete with no damage..could some one please give me some pointers

Hi..use 2 flat scrapers ...blades covered in duck tape and slide one up and behind the roof liner at the back sguare side by B-post now push handle towards the door and now you should be able to put your finger in and ease the frame out and along to front window now repete the other side then you will have to pull the frame away from above the front screen gently and you should be free to take it out......good luck
