1992 Mini Cooper 1.3 SPi

 

Mini Cooper in British racing green – Restored in 2008

In good condition and used every day!

 

Engine:

Original 1275 with 4 speed gearbox - 96,000 MIles

Stainless steel 3” big bore exhaust with catalytic converter (will provide stainless steel De-cat pipe)

LBC Manifold

New coil

New braided oil feed pipe

New Anti-leak kit on the gearbox change

K&N element

New Quick release engine mounts

New front subframe mounts

 

Suspension:

Soft Coil Spring Conversion

Hi lows all round

New tie rod bars

New camber arms

New rear adjustable suspension brackets

New knuckle joints

New front wheel bearings

New lower ball joints

Bilstein shock absorbers all round (at a cost of £277)

 

Brakes:

New front brake calipers and pads

Replaced rear brake shoes and drums last year

 

Bodywork:

Sportspack arches

Union jack roof

Tow bar (previous owner towed a small trailer, I have never towed anything)

 

Electrics:

Halogen headlights conversion

2 Ringparts spot lights

Kenwood head unit with Aux input, USB input, cd and radio (I will provide previous head unit)

Internal radio aerial

Original speakers

New wiring loom for the engine bay (at a cost of £700)

New alternator

 

Interior:

Original half leatherette & half cloth seats with no rips or tears

Union jack door cards

Cooper gear knob

Cooper leather steering wheel

Red safety belts

Digital clock in dashboard

Alloy door handle kit

Metal lookalike dashboard

Metal centre console with compartment

3 gauges in dashboard: Amps, Oil pressure, Voltage

Cigarette lighter in dashboard

 

Wheels

13” x 175 Minilite wheels

A539 Yokomaha tyres (which are almost new)

 

 

The majority of parts are from Minispares and I bought genuine when possible. I have spent thousands getting this mini to my personal standard.
