Up for sale is my much loved 1995 Rover Mini Cooper SPI in British Racing Green, £2,600 o.n.o, 71,572 miles, 1275cc.
MOT up to 21st February 2015, taxed until the 31st of August.
It has a full history - MOT certificates, Garage receipts, parts receipts and tax disc collection.
Has taken part in lots of runs/shows/events all without any problems, including the London to Brighton Mini Run twice.
Starts quickly and runs extremely well, engine pulls great and can cruise with ease.
Affectionately named “Sox” She has been looked after well!
Since ownership of this fun little car, it has had;
> New radiator
> New coil
> New wheels (Powder coated Minilites)
> New tyres, under 200 miles.
> New downpipe
> New cat converter
> Two new backboxes, currently has a 3” Fletcher
> New engine management relay
> Passenger floor panel weld repair.
> Boot floor reconditioned.
> New rear brake shoes
> New brake cylinders
> New wheel cylinders
> New battery.
Originally purchased from Croydon Minis 16 months ago, which they;
> Installed new clutch
> Carried out drivers side floor panel weld repair.
As with cars this age (coming up to 20 years) rust has set in in the usual places, with small amounts of bubbling appearing. however sills are in good condition. Has NOT got oversills! Could do with attention in some areas. Subframes, front and back, are in a great condition.
I have a set of Rover Minilites and an RC40 backbox that can be included in sale for reasonable price, will throw in a Haynes Manual for it for free.
Can arrange viewings and will be happy to take you out on a small drive in it.
