Hi,

I have just built myself up a set of twin H4 carbs for my 1275s engine.

ST had a bracket between the carbs for the choke cable and also the throttle cable. I cannot mount my throttle cable with this bracket as it would hit the filters, but I have seen a few sets of H4's with brackets similar to the AEG349 but it looks like the outer cable anchor can pivot.

Any idea what this might be off, part number or where I can get one from. They look like the picture below. I was thinking it might be an MG thing but can't seem to find anything suitable.

Thanks Dave

Hi Dave

Do you mean the hexagonal nut thing the throttle cable sits in?  The outer cable anchor that can pivot?

My Austin 1300GT carbs have that.

I've not seen  the bracket holding the anchor though.  I've got a picture of another H4 ST set up with a different bracket without the pivot anchor.  I'll need to dig it out.

Derek

I sort of meant the whole bracket. I have seen lots of h4's with these on so must be a pucker item. Can find just the hex nuts, as it was used on mg's

Thanks dave
