Made a start on the mini. But as I am no particular hurry to get it done I just need a nudge to continue.
I have enough panels now to get started including front floor pans, wings, front panel, 'A' panels, hinge panels and flitch plates. Just need to sort out order of replacement.

Try writing a list of order and a rough but achievable schedule to do the work by, this generally helps me.

Have a look through the projects on here, that normally gives me ideas and motivation
