I was gonna say! Thats a a very...different turbo thats for sure. Even if it is a bit fux0r3d inside, the turbo weber would be worth it. Any new on engine size? I can't see it being mentioned unless I've gone blind.

Maybe we should change the topic to
'guess what price this will sell for'
I'm gonna say £550

Seen a lot of very shiny engines on ebay with autograss in the subject line. Hmm

Put autograss in the title and paint it and it'll finish at at least £650.
don't the autograss ones have different gearbox's?

All I can think is what beast lurks beneath.
Or whats left of it anyway. If it was a decent spec inside i'm sure he would have listed it.

Bogo standard A+ engine with a metro turbo exhaust manifold, t3 turbo and a webber carb. Its never been apart, the nuts are painted, well, not recently anyway. After all the only difference between TURBO and A+ 'engine' is the oil pump, everything else can be easily swapped over
Im not worried about the engine, its the gearbox that concerns me, as that looks like its never been apart either. And has it got the bigger input shaft bearing?????
Also, I would never pay anything over 200 for a complete engine gearbox from 92 on or a proven MG, unless the head and box are pulled so i can see exactly what i am buying, dont care if its was running or can be seen running, I want to see whats inside.
