just wondering if any of you would like to meet up and convoy to the event? would be pretty cool. if anyone has been befor and knows of a sutable place eg services, could you let us know so we can arrange a time frame in which to meet up.

i do think it's a good idea to convoy up in case someone needs help.

Ok i know the area well, and there are many different roads u can take to the event, soooo.... if u would all like to meet up we could meet up at the "halfords" in stratford on avon and convoy from there through the town traffic, it would look impressive :cheese: otherwise you cant miss where we are gonna be as most of our cars have stickers and the marquee with the massive banner in front will give it away

on this subject sunshine will be traveling up on her own in mitsy, along the A429, as i will be leaving as soon as i can to set up the tent, when we have enough people there, i should be there by about 3ish, is anyone else going up that way, she won't be leaving until about 4ish, so will be in swindon area about 5 then using the A419 A429, if anyone can meet her and help her in that would be great

dunno what time were going to leave lincoln were meeting up with mark and chelle in notts to put his mini on the trailer with mine then going from there A46 straight there.

right, i have a problem.

my daughter has speech therapy at 3 on the friday, so i wont be able to go up with Cowboy. in order for him to get the big tent up there and set up he needs to leave after lunch leaving me to drive up on my own. I should be able to leave my house around 4. If anyone from my area or nearby is going up around that time, help would be appreciated. I dont like travelling long distances on my own.

I am taking my map, directions, my AA card and mobile, but would be nice to be able to follow soemone.

This is very confusing post!!

Thought I would make things simple by saying......

COWBOY will be there by 3 pm Friday

DAVE&CLAIRE will be there at 4 pm Friday after meeting up with mark and shell to put mini on trailer

MARK&SHELL arriving with DAVE&CLAIRE at 4pm on Friday

BRALWYROX will be there at 4 pm Friday

1976 CLUBMAN will be there to help on Friday, so assume will be there late friday evening!

ME I should be there about 8 pm and Friday!!

SUNSHINE Will leaving home at 4pm Friday and would like company up on the way! so if anyone can help. Where are you on the map sunshine???
