On my new project it has massive white arches on that don't suit that mini and the wheels don't stick out enough so look bad

The passenger wing was wrotten so bought a new one, however when I took the wing off I have noticed the last guy cut the wheel arch to fit the plastic arches

Has the owner cut these to make them for? Will I have to put the arcea back on ? If so can I out spacers on the front and back to make them look right

Maybe he was running bigger wheels and swapped them before he sold you it, you have to cu the wings if your using 13s or any wide wheels
