The idea was to sell the mini but couldn't bare to, so i'm back for more fun. Driving the old girl has bought it all back! Loads of fun. But on the down side i've remembered what a pain in the arse they are! I've already got a big list of jobs to be getting on with. Oh joy.

Seems like a great forum anyway, look forward to talking to you all.

No real terminal problems but lots of bits i need to do. Possible head gasket but will probably stick a seperate thread up about that!

I'm pretty good with mini's so hopefully will be able to help others out at some point 2.

welcome to tmf mate, the best bit about minis is after you fix then and can finally drive them on the road, the satisfaction of fixing it yourself and it working!!

Yeah i used to enjoy working on cars for a bit of a hobby but now's it's more a matter of having to! Still some of the simpler jobs do give satisfaction without getting the stress levels up.
