Has the foam collapsed?
It looks a bit like headrest fixings at the tops, are they missing headrests?

no headrests foam is good as far as i can tell. they are comfy and all i was going to do was re-glue and fix down the cushions but I cannot locate subframes at a price i am willing to pay at the moment so I thought I would pass them on
