The plastic rollers on the end of the arms feel okay so I hope the rest of the mechanism is fine!

The car is a 1980 clubman estate if that makes any odds?

It happened to my mates car at crystal palace just before we set off on L2B.

 

Actually, I suspect it was my fault for winding the window down too far

I've only owned the car for a week so still finding little niggles, the window was awfully crunchy when going up and down so I imagine I also dealt the final blow as well! Bloody rusty old things!
