Hi all,

Does it matter wich diameter of tube I use for my vacuum advance?

It has real wide tubing now, at the thickest it is like 4-7mm diameter

Yes and no.  You don't want tubing with a tiny, microscopic bore as it will limit how fast the distributor can respond.  However, too large will just look silly.  The original tubing will be close to 1/8" (3mm) outside diameter and have a bore of about 2mm.  Your larger tubing will work... it will just look different and you are likely to need adapters to fit the carb and distributor.

It is the bore diameter that is 4-7 mm thick, so that would be good (eccept it looks silly)?

Yeah, you'll have to devise a method of sealing it at either end, when you say a bore thickness of 4-7mm, do you mean the ID is 4mm and the OD is 7mm?

Yeah,internal diameter is actually around 5-6mm(measured it now), external diameter is around 9-10mm (measured also now)
