Looking to change/upgrade my dizzy, coil and leads and have been looking at these two makes.
Has anyone got any opinions on them from experience or whether ones any better than the other?

I have used a couple of accuspark kits, one a points replacement type and the other a full dizzy kit. Both work well.

I'm sure they come from the same place, I have seen both and they look identical bar the sticker its quality control issues from the far east manufacturer where the issues are, but either company here will look after you..

I did wonder if that might be the case as the colour schemes etc are very similar

i have both dizzy`s from them and will say that the accuspark feels better quality then the powerspark.

they will look after you the company after sending them several emails explaining their product is at fault and the only thing they will say is that you have a resistor wire... (this was from one company).

there is a difference trust me :)

the build of the powerspark is 10 times below the build quality if the accuspark.

i needed 2 parts replaced on my accuspark in before it ran.

and have just given up with it.

so if somebody wants one, ive got one going spare powerspark, you can have it for shipping pirce and beer token

Hey, Reliving this thread if that's okay?

So I'm "renovating" a car which hasn't moved in 10 years, getting her going and we're so close! only thing is somewhere between the coil and the spark plugs its losing its juice, now if I'm replacing the distributor I can either get a new 25D with Points for £45 or electrics for £70... or Accuspark are doing Coil, Leads, Plugs and Dizzy for only £85 but they have very mixed reviews online, just wondering if anyone's had any further luck/misfortune with their kits?

Cheers!

Gage
