Suddenly i am get a "grinding" noise from the peddle area whenever i push a peddle

Doesnt seem to be a "consistent" noise from one peddle - closest i can describe it is like

the whole peddle area is lose/coming away?

Had a ok and all seem tight and secure.....

 

Any thoughts?

It may be the pedalbox spring moving and rubbing on a part of the metal pedal box ?

Try looking under whilst in operation by someone else and see if you can pin point the area up in there or see any areas of scrapping.

You can try wd 40 and see if it clears ;)
