Door Drop Help

I took the door off to weld the bits in the mini, I removed the door hinge and replaced the bolts with a normal bolt with a nut on the end.
Now when I shut the door it need lifting an inch to shut, the hinge seems strong... And the bit that goes in the a pale is strong.
Can someone advise on where I should start, do I try and move the hinge down? To make the door go up. It as if the door needs pulling in to raise the back end if that makes sense? Any help appreciated

were there any shims when you took the door off?

if the top hinge is flush with the hinge panel, then you can only add shims to the bottom hinge to lift the back end of the door.
If the top hinge has shims, remove one at a time and retry. it can take abit of working out to align a door correctly. If the hinge panel as been welded, it may not be in the exact same place as before so the door may need extra/less shims to align.

No shims on any of the hinges.
So do the shims go before the hinge to the door
I.e door shim, hinge?

No. Door > Hinge > Shims > hinge post.
Basically they slide over the studs on the hinge, before you fit the door into the frame.

Make sure there's no play in the top hinge too
