Do Newton Commercial still offer one of the the best quality interiors for minis...if not who else please? What's your experiences, thanks?

I don't unfortunately, but judging from the carpet set, I'd say it would probably be just as good.

I had the seats in my Sprite re-trimmed 6 years ago by Newtons. After 25,000 miles use there are still as good as they were when done. No issues with stitching, stretching of material or sagging. The foams have not lost there shape and the webbing has not broken. I weigh about 17st so the drivers seat has had to put up with a lot. I would recommend them as their stuff always looks of better quality than other re-trims I have seen, especially when it comes to the accuracy of stitching and the actual fit of the trim on the seats.

I think newton are generally considered the best as you would probably expect with the prices they charge I used optimise automotive to retrim my 79 mini and they did a fantastic job. Id definitely recommend them and significantly cheaper than newton commercial.

Yea I've had full carpet set , dash liners and the cooper s top rail and a post vinyl...... Top notch and I wouldn't really go anywhere else to be honest.... I got my door card set off optimise automotive and again no problems..... All depends what you want and your budget.

Cheers james

They have a reputation for quality and the old adage of "you get what you pay for" rings true.

I love the look of their interior trim and it would have my Mk1 looking like new inside but then I would lose the originality and smell that its taken 51 years to acquire!
