Opening a can of worms here ;)
What dashpot oil do you use for what engine spec?
I want to make a list of it and see what suits better for e.g. fast road, better accelleration,...

So what do you use for what engine spec?:)

The stuff you buy from SU is SAE 30, which is the same as 3in1 oil. That's what I've always used with no issues.

Lots of people have better experience with the thicker engine oil, most likely due to the fact the carb is starting to wear out, I'd imagine.

20 50 engine oil is what I was recommended by the specialist mini rolling road.

I used to use 3 in 1 oil in my hif38, when I went for a rolling road last with a hs6 on, they filled it with auto transmission fluid.

I use 10w fork oil in my 998 stage one, I found it to give the best throttle response.
