No, not a hatchback.  It was featured in the April 2007 issue of MiniWorld

According to the Mini Cooper Register (Coachbuilt Register) this Radford was first owned by Beatle Geoge Harrison and presented to his then girlfriend and later wife, the model Patti Boyd. Darryl Plumridge bought the car in 1987 and restored it some years ago but it has remained unused ever since.

Oddly for such a rare car, I know of another one for sale. Also a '64, similarly with no hatchback, and the same colour too.
