anyone else had lousey service from old skool minis

 

I wont be using them again first and last time

 

completely let me down

I've used them a couple if times and had no problems

I use them regularly. Never had any problems and service has always been good.

I assume you have already communicated with the proprietors regarding your issues and they have been given the opportunity to remedy the situation before you decided to post this thread?

I use them regularly. Never had any problems and service has always been good.

What is the issue?

 

 

its the first time I have used them

 

and I rang them about a top hose as fitting a revote fan

 

told them it had to be the 1 inch inside diameter one the said ok

 

sent the wrong one

 

phoned them said what happened they must have sent wrong one

 

the one I have here is a 1 inch he said I said well send it me if you

 

post today will get it Monday he said ok and I said will send old one back

 

never arrived all week so phoned them they said oh need old one back first before we send replace

 

I said no that's not what you said. I said forget about it in a pissed off manner

 

wont use again

What is the internal diameter of the one you were delivered? Maybe someone here would be interested in it?

its 7/8 inside diam, will just keep as spare

was only about £6

revotec said get the 1 inch so can use the cutting tool

provided from the inside and get the insert in to push out thro

the hole, even then with 1 inch its tight
