Just got the head back on the mini ready for drag wars, forgot to get a new manifold gasket only got 998cc ones on the shelf in the garage. can't be bothered to cut it about. hopefully the new guides and seals have stopped the problem otherwise its a cracked ring or piston! That'll be a rebore to 1380 and thats a real shame :wink: . was thinking about fitting the sportspack arches today too but the need painting and ideally 7j rims to fill them out. the steel arches need cutting off first too. Mark wants it polished for drag wars i really can't be bothered after all its a rally car thats had a hard past and battle scars to prove it. think its stopped raining now so i'm off back out to the garage see everyone at drag wars Dave.
