Got a quote back in January of £1200, my renewal was about £830, lets hope things have changed with your new manager.

Under 25 I believe is where the line is drawn.

how many people and how many hours sat around a table did it take to come up with this crap?

I mean do you seriously think that we are going to give you our business because you have a new manager - one of the best you've worked with?

I cant stand this kind to rubbish

Hi

Sorry for the delay, I was away on holiday last week.

 

We have no problem with modified cars & we tend to insure people aged 21+.

Hi Rob

I appreciate your feedback.

 

In a nutshell, we had some issues in how the scheme was running under another regime so we radically changed things around.

 

We wanted to let people especially like Harrison above that it was a blip and we would be glad to offer him and others a quote at renewal time on the revised status.

 

In fact, last month we doubled our renewal retention rate on the previous month so things are looking good :)

Phoned this morning for a (non mini) quote and it was nearly double the next highest I have had.
