However, things which do tick me off in these are, the total lack of lubrication during the build, there is no discussion about tolerances and how to check and the worst thing of all, do not fit the 1st motion bearing onto the first motion shaft while it's in the gearbox, as that means you are forcing the first motion shaft into its partner baulkring and the synchro hub behind it, and the 3rd baulkring behind that into the 3rd gear, every time you hit it.. This can damage your gears and also crack the rings.

Best to fit the bearing to the 1st motion shaft on the bench and then drive the bearing and shaft into the case as one.
