Manual sub frames have the gearbox steady at the clutch end.

The auto subframe should have extra mounts to be able to fit the manual.

An Auto's frame is wider between the surfaces that the engine mounts bolt to. The hole spacing for the engine mount under the radiator is wider.
All you need to do to fit a manual engine into an Auto's frame is use the Auto's engine mount from under the radiator side and fit a 3/8" packer washer between the clutch housing cover and the engine mount on that side.
My auto frame didn't have the lower engine steady either so I just fabricated one along with an exhaust bracket as these differ too.
If it has been converted properly then it should be fine.
