Ello all, I`ve just ordered an alloy 7 port head and am looking at a pair of carbs on a certain website (see picture), what kind of choke and jet sizes would I need. I`m sure loads of you would know. The seller has offered to re-jet them for me if I buy.  :gimme: Attached File  Weber carbs resize.jpg   60.67K   4 downloads

Everything is a guess until you have the carb/cam/ head set-up properly on a rolling road.

36mm chokes F2 emulsion tube 45 idle jet 180 air corrector and 180 mains should get the engine started. Best word of caution, is that if you don't know what you are doing, best leave it to someone that does and have it set-up on a rr.

Thanks for that. As regards the fitting after 20 years doing everything that can be done with Harrier fighter aircraft I think I`ll be ok there, but.........but I`ll let someone qualified do the fine work. I`m a complete novice when it comes to that aspect. Thanks again FWDracer. ;D
