A few months back, my partner and I decided to bin Sky as apart from the sport, we were not watching it that much. We decided to save the money each month and now have faster internet instead. So we decided to get Netflix.

However, I am now considering switching that to Now TV. It seems to be a lot more current, and from my understanding, if you don't watch the sport on it (or anything else live), you still do not require a TV license (we cancelled ours when getting Netflix). The service from Netflix is fine, we don't have any problems other than they are out-dated. There are more current seasons of just about everything available which is really quite annoying.

I have just finished watching Suits (I don't believe that to be on Now TV either), which is awesome by the way, and I am now looking for the next one to watch. I wanted to go for The Blacklist, but Netflix don't have it. I'm thinking House of Cards might have to suffice.

Anyone got Now TV, and what do they think of it?

I have used Now TV for the movies for the last two months and generally I was pleased with the service, they upload new films every Friday as-well, alot of these being recent releases! I have just changed back to netflix and cancelled my subscription however as I was bored of the selection and watched alot of what they had to offer. Generally the service is good, the only down side I see is you pay for Movies and Entertainment Separately, this is why I have changed back to netflix so I can watch a new series. I do tend to swap around alot though until a service has updated their collection.  :proud:

No you have to pay the monthly fee for whichever service you use, but because it has both now TV and Netflix channels you can pick which one you want to pay for, then when you get bored stop that subscription and start one with the other.
