I was wondering if anyone with an spi and has a vacum gauge attached, and has noticed a difference in general running. For example I've just had one put in. And I've noticed, it needs alittle more revs, but also it seems to run quite smooth.

Also when I'm in idle it seems to be staying on decelerate.

Could be that its confusing the ECU into generating an odd engine running - as you say deseleration when idle and a bigger push required for acceleration. Was a vacuum gauge ever properly built for an SPi? Most of them were made for pre-injection models surely...

I dont think it should make a difference, vaccum is vaccum
Being in the deceleration part just means it has good vaccum!?!?!
