Would anyone have the dimension spec. for the board to fit below the rear seat for 6x9s

As a complete mini-ICE newbie, what would underseat 6x9s sound like? Surely no good for treble? Would those at the back and a pair of speakers at the front be good for cheap, reasonable quality+power sound?
