Hi, can somebody give me advice, I'm struggling to knock the roll pin out on the rod linkage.
Is it parallel because it seems it will only knock out one way due to the casing, or am I missing a trick

Put it into reverse and you should be able to knock it all the way through.

Yes it's parallel, but if you use a punch that can slip inside the pin it will spread as you strike it and then won't move. Put the thing in reverse.
