done a little abit more ready for the new 

stub axle removed

a stubborn bugger

What width are you going with those Special wheels?

I will be going 7 hopefully depending on arch choice but I think I'm going with a slight poke on this one instead of miglia arches or wide variety

 

I wouldn't mind a set, but being out here in SA isn't the easiest for stuff like that.

 

if your really keen then i maybe able to help you regarding posting etc if that helps

it will just be a while until i have mine done as im not at that stage yet 

 

I'll definitely take you up on that offer when the time comes. Thank you.

no worries keep a eye out on ebay for some then let me know im only a message away 

and stub axles and everything will be made out of grade 5 titanium

i think it will be down to design and welds 

which i wont be doing the full seam weld got a friend who will do it as he does  welding  stainless and etc for hospital equipment and previously he did aircraft wings and frames so im sure hes more than up to the job. plus he be able to quality check on his welds to

i will be only tack welding and shapping in the jig id rarther its done 1st time proper as the tubing is not cheap and take a while to get here and possibly id  either consider welding the stub axle at the back or do a tight fit with a locking ring as normal

Sounds good mate. Just be very careful with the titanium as it has very different properties to steel:)
