[Haynes]

Not a real ad here, but I caught a glimpse of Butterflies on TV yesterday.  For those of you too young to remember, its a sitcom from the late 70's about a bored housewife as she seeks meaning to life, she (Wendy Craig) happens to drive a union jack painted mini.

 

Her son (a young Nicholas Lynhurst) is conspiring to sell his Mum's car and composes an advert - 1961 Mini, colour - patriotic, lots of extras - £150.  How times and values have changed....

Yes, I saw that programme the other day, I said to her in doors that I would mind buying the mini for £150.00
