Have you had a fiddle with the timing? Could be out.
Try increasing the idle a bit aswell and see if it still stalls.

The battery may be fine but does it have the right amount of CCP? Even if it's a new battery if it doesn't have a powerful cold cranking power it's no good for the car, especially in winter. Look up battery in the archives on here.

I believe you need a minimum 440 CCP from the battery. What type of battery do you use? Look it up on the internet to see its CCP.

Try Varta 096. It has cold cranking power of 680 CCA.
