I gave the roof a clean

sorted some rust out on the back end

Found a hole in the roof gutter, that's why the boot floor has a couple of holes in it

Had a quick look at the boot floor after work, it's not as bad as I thought it would be

I had a job to do at Padiham it would be rude not to call in at Mini Sport, I treated myself to these panels

I had a bit of spare time this morning, I've marked out the mk1 light panels so I can get them both in the same place.

I finished the welding on the rear light plate, a bit of filler & primer.

Yesterday I dropped the front sub frame, time to sort out the bulkhead & remove the turbo box

    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think the first job will to sort out the middle section

Went to screwfix to get some new ppe & drill bits

 

 

 

i had about 20 mins outside this afternoon & the gearbox on my grinder has gone, looks like i'm  off to screwfix again

Screw fix have opened a branch two minutes away from my house, it's only been open about three weeks and I've already blown about two hundred quid in there
