As I says really got a 1380 running high cr , hi torque starter , 70 amp alternator just normal center speedo clocks and rev counter no radio etc or added extras

I've seen this spec battery in halfords I only really need it to get the car started and so it can be tuned up

The big batteries people fit to minis are from a Pug 306 Diesel - think they are 075 batteries.  Biggest battery that will fit in the standard mini battery box.  I'm sure a google search would throw up something.  Last time I looked, Eurocarparts did a Bosch one with free postage.

For a high compression engine running a fairly high static ignition you need a high CCA figure. The best thing is to find a battery with a minimum of 500 CCA (that's Cold Cranking Amps). That is the most important figure.

360 CCA is a bit on the low side, now dont know how high is your CR but i'd look at 440 CCA for a minimum. 500-560CCA will be best, these come in high amp size and since you have a 70 amp alternator shouldnt be a problem to charge such a battery.

I ran a 306 diesel battery in my mini, the compression ratio at the time was quite high, 12.5:1, turnt it over with no troubles.

I just need the cheapest battery possible to fit ATM that why I though the halfords one

Standard 1.3 mini battery is about 330 cca that one is 360 I didnt think that would make a lot of difference my engine was a cooper running 10.5 from standard now is a 1380 running 11.1
