Herd good and bad thing id personal use a engine builder on here or turbo minis
plenty of good people who do porting and polishing and etc

not used them but as above heard mixed things, I have seen both Keith Calver and AC Dodd's work so can recommend both of them, turbo phill on here also has a good reputation.
