Cheers,
Will

I have 2 of these in the garage; I was going to fit the best one and leave it not working as I do not have the code.

If I dig out the serial numbers can you tell me the codes?

Jason

PM member ace01, (2nd post down), he was great and the code worked!

Check on the outside for a 4 didget code, as they can be recoded, and that's usually where the code is written.

If you pm me your serial number I will find the code for you.  I'm not generally on the forum in the evenings or on Sundays.  I also don't read all postings, so it's safer to pm me.

Hi

Just got my mini back on the road after a 9 year 'rest' in the garage. I have two radios, one (I think) is the correct one for my car (99 Sport Pack).  It's mint to look at but fried inside.

The second looks identical but is rover branded.  This one works but needs a code.

I'm trying to get things as close to standard as possible so I've two questions.

1. Can anyone help with a code based on the images attached

2. Does anyone see why swapping the plastics across would be a problem, I'm pretty sure they are identical units.

Sorry, it's taken so long to reply.  If you're still able to help, I've added the engraved number and a pic of the front for reference. Cheers :)
